The Customer Success Specialist manages and facilitates all incoming orders and customer service inquiries at La Tourangelle.  This role reports to the Sr. Distribution Manager with the goal to make sure La Tourangelle maximizes customer fulfillment.

We are currently seeking to fill this position with a professional who is detail-oriented, task-focused flexible, and capable of excelling in an energetic and fast-paced environment.

Location: La Tourangelle Manufacturing Facility in Woodland, CA

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages the receipt of customer orders through EDI and directly from customer
  • Verifies the shipment confirmation of all weekly orders and confirm accuracy for invoicing
  • Communicate with internal and external customers, 3PL and the management team to ensure necessary requirements are met
  • Complete new customer on-boarding – Application, Business Partner setup in SAP
  • Maintain relationship with specific key customer replenishment buyers
  • Track and manage proof of delivery documents and advance shipping notifications
  • Assist distribution manager with workload management when necessary

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a food manufacturing environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to generate a large number of daily outputs while maintaining quality controls
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to catch and correct mistakes small and large
  • Finely tuned written and verbal communication skills, being quick to pick up the phone, with good habits of documentation
  • A track record of building positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and supporting a respectful, collaborative work environment
  • Comfort working in a task-based, fast-paced environment amidst various workflows
  • A problem solving nature with the ability to identify issues and resolve them independently
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills – Outlook, Word, Excel and an interest in learning more
