The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee all digital content creation and distribution for the La Tourangelle brand. The DDM is responsible for customer activation and engagement on, social channels and third party sites and will play a key role in the development and execution of the company’s brand ambassador and influencer strategies.

  • Content Creation and Distribution:
    • Work with the VP of Marketing to develop the digital
      marketing plans across relevant channels (paid social, organic social, SEM/SEO, website, email)
    • Own the development of the community, executing day to day activities on social channels to engage with customers, generate content and drive positive brand sentiment
    • Manage the planning, production and scheduling of all digital content
    • With VP, determine and manage budgets, targeting, timing and other elements of digital campaign planning
  • Customer Activation:
    • Implement email marketing campaigns to effectively acquire, engage and retain customers through strategic targeting, customer segmentation and marketing automation
    • Manage and optimize all Amazon advertising, including Amazon Marketing Services
    • Drive execution of the brand ambassador program
  • Ecommerce:
    • Own optimization and updates, managing an external web developer
    • Optimize product listing and images across third party sites, including Amazon, iHerb and Thrive
    • Recommend and participate in the creation of ecommerce-specific product offerings and packaging
    • Assist in development and execution of the influencer strategy, including content creation, program goals, management of influencer contacts and KPIs.
  • Business Analysis:
    • Leverage Google Analytics and other digital analytics to analyze campaigns an translate insights into recommendations for
    • Incorporate cutting-edge digital marketing trends, best practices and technologies



  • Passion for natural/specialty food products, our consumers and inspired by the La Tourangelle brand
  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably with consumer-packaged foods within the Natural/Specialty Foods space
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Marketing or related field preferred
  • Proven ability to plan, execute and optimize digital campaigns across platforms and channels
  • Knowledge of WordPress, WooCommerce and/or Shopify a plus
  • Strong ability to leverage quantitative and analytical skills in developing data-driven strategies
  • Highly organized with experience managing multiple projects while working with various, cross-functional, internal and external groups
  • Ability to work independently and be proactive in a fast-paced environment. Thrives in an entrepreneurial culture, can be scrappy, creative & resourceful. A self-starter with a learning mind-set and willing to be hands-on, jump in and test and learn. Drive to succeed and thrives in the face of a challenge, a go-getter and natural problem-solver
