Cold Pressed · Spanish Picual Olives · Rich in Polyphenols

La Tourangelle Extra Virgin Olive Oil is cold pressed from olives that are harvested early in the season in Andalucía, Spain. Processing shortly after harvest preserves the naturally high antioxidant levels and yields a well-balanced, extra fresh oil, that is bright, peppery, and ideal for daily cooking.

This oil combines olive varietals that have high oleic acid content and antioxidants. Both high antioxidant and high oleic count make for a very stable and healthy olive oil.

Organic agriculture helps ensure a clean olive oil free of typical contaminants found in more intensive style agriculture.

Healthy Living Tool

It has been suggested to me to routinely take a tablespoon of EVOO nightly to use as a tool to help fight type 2 diabetes. I know very little about how to determine which brand of EVOO is appropriate for need. I have been told the the better the polyphenols the better. Does your EVOO have high polyphenols? I purchased a can of your EVOO and love the taste and it definitely has the "peppery" taste that indicates there might be polyphenols. I have searched your can and now your website and cannot find any information surrounding actual polyphenol counts, etc. Do you know the polyphenol count for your product? Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My fav EVOO

I love this brand, and I use sesame, walnut, and grape seed ones on a daily basis too.
I would love to know which kind of olives you use and the acidity percentage for the EVOO, I understand it is a harvest from Spain but what kind?

Thank you!
