Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 Tbsp canola oil
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup natural whey protein powder
  • 1/2 cup dried tart cherries
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds

Instructions:

  1. In medium bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients.
  2. Coat hands with canola oil to prevent sticking and firmly form mixture into 1-inch (2.5-cm) balls
  3. Keep energy balls refrigerated. May be stored in refrigerator for up to five days.
