Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 2 Tbsp canola oil
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup natural whey protein powder
- 1/2 cup dried tart cherries
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
Instructions:
- In medium bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients.
- Coat hands with canola oil to prevent sticking and firmly form mixture into 1-inch (2.5-cm) balls
- Keep energy balls refrigerated. May be stored in refrigerator for up to five days.
