Green Smoothie

Go green in 2018! A delicious blend of spinach, pear and ginger give just the right amount of zing to this satisfying smoothie. Buttery Avocado Oil and all-natural honey round out the flavors while also providing nutrient-rich benefits with each sip.

  • 1 1/2 cups ice
  • 2 cups frozen spinach
  • 1 ripe pear, seeded and chopped
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 Tbsp Avocado Oil
  • Honey to taste
  • Mint to garnish


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and top with fresh mint. Enjoy!
