- Vanilla ice cream
- 4 Tbsp Toasted Pumpkin Seed Oil
- Pinch of sea salt
- Seasonal fruit (fresh berries, figs, etc.)
- Scoop ice cream into 4 bowls.
- Drizzle each bowl with a tablespoon of pumpkin seed oil, and lightly sprinkle each with a pinch of sea salt.
- Top with seasonal fruits.
