One sheet pan suppers are a thing of wonder. This recipe requires a handful of hearty, chopped vegetables and a generous douse of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Perfect as an easy side dish or simply add to a healthy grain bowl for a quick dinner! The possibilities are as endless as your creativity.

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Toss vegetables and 1 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a large bowl.
  3. Spread out on a baking sheet and generously spray with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Roast for 30 minutes, or until at desired crispness.
  5. Remove from oven, let cool for 5 minutes and serve.
