Ingredients:

  • Baguette
  • Soft cheese (Camembert, Brie, Ricotta)
  • Meat (Salami, Speck, Prosciutto)
  • Toasted Nuts (Pistachios, Walnuts)
  • Herbs (Basil, Mint)
  • Olives
  • Blackberries
  • Pesto Oil

Directions:

  1. Slice the baguette and cured meats.
  2. Arrange a platter with sliced bread, cured meats, toasted nuts, olives, berries and cheeses.
  3. Drizzle ricotta cheese with Pesto Oil. Add a dash of freshly cracked black pepper and flaked sea salt. Garnish with torn basil.
