Grilled Peaches with Burrata
Looking for a sweet and savory option for your summer dessert? Grill ripe peaches with our flavorful Pesto Oil. Creamy burrata cheese, fresh basil and chopped walnuts make for a delicious topping. Barbecue has never been sweeter!
- 3 peaches or nectarines, halved
2 Tbsp La Tourangelle Pesto Oil, divided
- 4 ounces burrata
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped basil
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped walnuts (optional)
Brush the peaches with 1 tablespoon La Tourangelle Pesto Oil and grill over medium heat until dark grill marks form (about 2-3 minutes).
- Pull off the grill, and top each halved fruit with a scoop of burrata, basil and walnuts.
Finish with a generous drizzle of La Tourangelle Pesto Oil and serve warm.
Feel free to substitute peaches for nectarines or any other stone fruit.
