Are you a hands-on bilingual leader looking to make a real impact while working alongside your team? La Tourangelle, a family-owned and operated company, is seeking a Bilingual Artisan Mill Supervisor to join our flagship location! 🌿

🔑 About the Role
As the Artisan Mill Facility Supervisor, you’ll be right there on the ground, managing and participating in daily operations across both our food-grade roasting facility and non-food-grade oil mill. You’ll lead and support the Molecular Distillation (MD) process, drive continuous improvements, and ensure high production standards, safety, and quality. This is an exciting opportunity to mentor and work with a diverse and passionate team in a company committed to sustainable practices. 🌍

La Tourangelle is seeking a detail-oriented Office/Accounting Admin to join our team at our Main Street Warehouse and Artisan Mill locations in Woodland, CA. This full-time position supports administrative and accounting functions, including document management, data entry, mail handling, and general office support. The ideal candidate will bring 1-2 years of experience in an office environment, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus. This role involves occasional travel (5%) and the flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
