Learn to make a healthy Green Smoothie using Roasted Pistachio Oil from La Tourangelle.
Ingredients

1 cup of fruit like Papaya, Watermelon, Strawberries, Apple
- 1/4 Avocado

1/2 a peeled Cucumber
- 2-3 Kale Leaves, stem removed
- 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds or a nut butter like Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
- 2-4 tablespoons Citrus Juice (Lime, Lemon, Orange or Grapefruit)
- 1-2 tablespoons Roasted Pistachio Oil
Directions
Blend everything together. Add water if needed and serve.
