For lightly bitter greens (frisee and mizuna).
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Sherry vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup roasted Almond oil
Directions
- Combine the vinegar, mustard, and salt. Whisk in the oil.
