Sun Coco Frying
Sun Coco is really an amazing non-stick oil and will let you create anything fried without burning the bottom of your pan: from fried eggs to meat and fish and vegetables.
- 2 tbsp La Tourangelle Organic Sun Coco oil
- 2-4 eggs
- Salt & Pepper.
For Over-Easy or Over-Hard Eggs
- Heat 2 tsp. of La Tourangelle Organic Sun Coco over medium-high heat until hot.
Break eggs into pan, 1 at a time. Immediately reduce the heat to low.
Cook slowly until whites are completely set and yolks begin to thicken but are not hard, 5 to 6 minutes. Slide turner under each egg and carefully flip it over in pan. Cook the second side. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
