Ingredients
- 2 cups Sweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1 Envelope Powdered Gelatin

2-4 tablespoons La Tourangelle Roasted Almond Oil

1 cup Farmers Cheese or Ricotta Cheese

1 cup Creme Fraiche or Sour Cream
-
1/2 Vanilla Bean
-
Honey or Sugar to taste

4 tablespoons Strawberry Preserves

4 tablespoons Water

4 tablespoons La Tourangelle Roasted Pistachio Oil

2-3 scoops vanilla ice cream

1 tablespoon of grated orange zest

2 tablespoons rough chopped pecans

2 tablespoons La Tourangelle Roasted Pecan Oil
Almond Milk Panna Cotta with Roasted Almond Oil

Vanilla Ice Cream with Roasted Pecan Oil
Directions
Almond Milk Panna Cotta with Roasted Almond Oil
- Oil several ramekins with almond oil and set aside. Pour the almond milk into a bowl minus 4 tablespoons. Warm the small amount of almond milk until it is steaming. Sprinkle in gelatin and stir until completely dissolved. Temper in the cold almond milk (add cold almond milk little by little to the warm almond milk so as not to cause the gelatin to cool too quickly and clump). Quickly pour into prepared ramekins. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. To un mould place each ramekin in a bath of hot water for 1-2 minutes and turn out onto serving plate. Garnish with fruit, toasted slivered almonds and Roasted Almond Oil.
Sweet Farmers Cheese Parfait with Roasted Pistachio Oil
- Mix the farmers cheese, creme fraiche, seeds scraped from the vanilla bean and honey. Warm the strawberry preserves with the water over medium heat and stir. Set aside to cool. Fill a pastry bag, fitted with a large tip, with the sweetened farmers cheese and pipe into 4 glasses. Layer with the strawberry preserves and pistachio oil. Serve immediately.
Vanilla Ice Cream with Roasted Pecan Oil
Place ice cream scoops into small bowl and sprinkle orange zest and chopped pecans over top. Drizzle Roasted Pecan oil, and enjoy!
