Ingredients
- Approximately 10 oz. Halibut cut in two
- 1 cup almonds, finely chopped
- 1 tsp parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp thyme, chopped
- 1 orange, zested
- 1 tbsp. orange juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper, freshly ground

3 tsp La Tourangelle Roasted Almond Oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Mix all the ingredients together (besides the halibut) in a bowl and pour out onto a dinner plate. Press the halibut into the crust making sure it is coated. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or flesh bounces back to the touch.
