Green Beans with Toasted Pumpkin Seed Oil
- 1 lb. green beans, trimmed
1 tbsp La Tourangelle Toasted Pumpkin Seed Oil
- ½ cup toasted walnuts, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp pomegranate arils
- Sea salt
- Steam the green beans to desired tenderness. Remove and place in a serving dish.
- Drizzle Toasted Pumpkin Seed Oil over the green beans.
- Sprinkle with chopped walnuts, pomegranate arils and pinch of sea salt to taste.
