Morning Granola with Flaxseed Oil
Start your morning with the nutrient boost you need to get through the busiest of days.
- 1 cup yogurt of choice
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup banana, sliced
- 1/4 cup apple, thinly sliced
1 1/2 tbs La Tourangelle Organic Flaxseed Oil
Scoop yogurt into bottom of standard bowl. Evenly spread granola on top of yogurt, top with fruit. Finish by drizzling La Tourangelle Organic Flaxseed Oil over the bowl, then dig in and enjoy!
