A chocolate dessert that will melt your heart! Dried raspberries and Almond Butter swirl together to make the ultimate Valentine's Day dessert. Dress them up to your hearts desire with an additional rose petal, cacao nibs or coconut flakes.
Ingredients
-
2 (1.7oz) dark chocolate bars, chopped into small pieces
-
3 tbsp Almond Butter
-
3 tbsp freeze dried raspberries or strawberries
-
Rose petals
-
Cacao nibs
-
Coconut flakes
Optional Toppings
Directions
Melt the chocolate in the microwave or by using the double boiler method. For the double boiler method - fill a small saucepan with 1/2 cup of water and place a glass or metal bowl on top, covering the saucepan. Once the bowl is hot and the water below is boiling, add in the chocolate pieces to melt. Stir until it is fully melted. Pour the chocolate evenly into the chocolate heart molds.
Top each chocolate heart mold with a drizzle of almond butter and a sprinkling of the raspberries.
Place in the freezer to set for at least 1 hour. Once set, pop the chocolate out, put on a plate and enjoy!
