- 2 tablespoons Sherry Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 cup Roasted Almond Oil
Pinch of salt
Whisk together the vinegar and mustard. Drizzle in the Almond Oil while continuing to whisk. Add a pinch of salt and whisk once more.
