Ingredients
- 2 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 1/2 small shallot, minced
- 1 tbsp sherry vinegar
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 6 tbsp roasted hazelnut oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix the mustard, shallot and vinegars together. Whisk in the oil and adjust the seasoning.
