Seasonal vegetables get an extra boost of flavor with this bright and savory finishing sauce. Perfect for side dishes or as an overnight marinade for meats, this recipe will be your new go-to for the grill. Pour it on!
Ingredients
- 3/4 lbs assorted vegetables
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice

Salt and pepper
- 1 Tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp sea salt

1/2 cup La Tourangelle Roasted Walnut Oil
- 2 tsp lemon juice

Directions
Cut vegetables into wedges, brush with lemon juice, apply a generous coating of Avocado Oil Spray, and add seasoning. Grill until vegetables are tender.
- To prepare walnut sauce, whisk herbs, garlic powder and salt together. Gradually pour in walnut oil and lemon juice into the mixture.
- Season well and brush on grilled vegetables. Serve excess in a small bowl for drizzling.
