A fresh delightful salad with La Tourangelle Sesame Oil.
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. La Tourangelle Toasted Sesame Oil

8 oz. Fresh Squeezed Orange juice (or premium pasteurized)
- 2 tsp. Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 tsp. Red Chili Sauce (Sambal Oelek)
- 1 tsp. Hoisin Sauce
- 4 oz. Seasoned Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp. Roasted Garlic
- ¼ tsp. Chinese Mustard

¼ tsp. Kosher salt
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
Directions
- 1½ cups Napa or Green Cabbage, chopped
- 1½ cups romaine hearts, chopped
- 1½ cups roasted chicken or grilled chicken breast
- 1½ cups shredded carrots
- 1½ cups mandarin oranges, drained whole
- 1 cup straw mushrooms
- 2 cups bean sprouts, washed
- 1–2 cups crispy wontons or chow mein noodles
- Whisk all ingredients together and add Sesame oil and blend until incorporated. Finish with kosher salt and black pepper. In large bowl, mix all ingredients with vinaigrette. Stack on individual plates or serve family style and top with crispy won tons or crispy chow mein noodles for crunch.This dressing also works great to dress a Tangy Asian Coleslaw without all of the fattening mayonnaise.
