A pure stir fry inspired by Asian cooking.
Ingredients
- 1 lb tofu, cubbed
- 1 head cabbage, shredded
- 2 tbs garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup onions, minced

2 tbs La Tourangelle Peanut Oil
- 1 tsp La Tourangelle Sesame oil
- 1 tbs ginger
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup wine
- 1 cup rice
Directions
- Marinate tofu in soy sauce and ginger.
- Saute tofu in sesame oil until slightly brown. set aside.
- Saute onions and garlic in peanut oil until slightly brown.
- Add cabbage, saute 3 min.
Add liquid, cook down.
- Add tofu.
- Serve over rice.
