Learn how to make Roasted Walnut Oil Pesto from La Tourangelle
Ingredients
- 2 Cloves Garlic (peeled)
- 1/2 cup Walnuts
- 3/4 cup Roasted Walnut Oil
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
- 2-3 cups Basil Leaves Packed (about 1-2 bunches)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
- Place all ingredients in order in a blender. Blend until smooth. You may need to stop half way through to scrape down the sides with a rubber spatula. Add a little more oil if needed.
