- 2 fresh avocados
- ½ tsp salt
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbs water
1½ cups La Tourangelle Avocado Oil
- Drop avocados into a food processor or high speed blender. Add lemon juice, water, salt and blend together until smooth.
- With blender running, slowly add Avocado Oil and puree until creamy. Place into an airtight container and store in the fridge.
