Ingredients
- 2oz Lustau Solera Reserva Brandy
- .75oz Lemon Juice
- .5oz Luxardo Maraschino Liquer
- .5oz egg whites
- 1/4 Tsp. Nielsen-Massey Orange Blossom Water
- 1/4 Tsp. La Tourangelle Pistachio Oil
Directions
- Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!

Garnish with a spray of Roasted Pistachio Oil over the top of the egg white.
