Ingredients
- 1 pound cleaned squid
- ½ cup cilantro leaves

Fresh ground pepper
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 2 tablespoons La Tourangelle Thai Wok Oil
- 2 teaspoons Thai fish sauce

Juice from 1 lime
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon Thai chili paste

Salt to taste
Directions
- Rub the squid with salt and rinse. Combine fresh ground pepper, crushed garlic, La Tourangelle Thai Wok Oil, Thai fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, Thai chili paste and marinate squid for 1 hour at room temperature. Grill squid until just tender (2–3 minutes per side). Move squid from the grill to a plate. Drizzle La Tourangelle Thai Wok Oil and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
Note
- Squid can be substituted with chicken, pork or any protein of your choice.
