1 slice sourdough bread
Generous scoop of whipped ricotta cheese
Any fruit (peaches, strawberries, apricots)
1 tbsp La Tourangelle French Roasted Almond Butter
Drizzle of honey (optional)
Sprig of mint (optional)
Toast the slice of bread and then spread the ricotta evenly over the toast.
Top with fruit, drizzle of almond butter and sprig of mint.
