Grown in France by a five generation family owned-producer, the herbs are cultivated with a specific focus on aromas. When the herbs are at their freshest, they are naturally infused in organic expeller-pressed high-oleic sunflower oil, giving you endless cooking possibilities from salad dressings to high-heat cooking. Our Herbs de Provence Infused Oil is infused with fresh rosemary and thyme.
Usage: Our Herbs de Provence Infused Oil is the “Bouquet Garni”, it brings the flavors of the south of France to all of your dishes and sauces. It is also wonderful for baking.
Health Benefits: Thyme is commonly used to heal chest and respiratory problems. In Europe, rosemary is often used to help improve digestion.

The main characteristics of our stunning infused oils reside in the quality of herbs we are using.
They are all cultivated in France with an extreme attention to their aromas from an experienced and five generation family-owned grower.
From those very fresh herbs, we infuse organic expeller-pressed high-oleic sunflower to allow an easy-to-use oils just as good for salad dressing as high-heat cooking. Usually infused oils are done with olive oil which limits the application to cold or low-medium heat cooking and overwhelms other flavors. La Tourangelle choose organic high-oleic sunflower oil making the cooking possibilities endless.
This oil is suitable for medium-high heat. Smoke point: 500°F.
However, the flavor will evaporated when heated.
If you want to keep the whole flavor of the herbs, it is better to use in cold application (salad, finishing, spread, sauce, dips…)
