Simple, fresh, and flavorful- whip up Jenna's Avocado & Egg Toast with our Avocado Oil for a delicious start to your day. And don't forget the red pepper flakes for an added kick of heat!
Ingredients
- 2 large slices of sourdough toast
- La Tourangelle Avocado Oil
- One ripe avocado
- Salt
- Pepper
- Red pepper flakes
- 2 eggs
Directions
Place the La Tourangelle avocado oil in a hot pan and fry bread until both sides are crispy and brown.
- Afterwards, place slices of avocado on bread and sprinkle salt and red pepper flakes to your liking.
- To finish, place two fried eggs on top that are seasoned with salt and pepper. Make sure to fry in the avocado oil as well for crispy whites and delicious flavor!
