Canola Oil - Cherry Almond Protein Energy Balls
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
2 Tbsp Canola Oil
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup natural whey protein powder
- 1/2 cup dried tart cherries
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- In medium bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients.
Coat hands with canola oil to prevent sticking and firmly form mixture into 1-inch (2.5-cm) balls.
- Keep energy balls refrigerated. May be stored in refrigerator for up to five days.
