Dark Chocolate and Almond Butter Stuffed Medjool Dates
Marie Reginato's healthy dessert recipe consists of dark chocolate dipped strawberries, apricots, and peach slices. Sweet and chewy medjool dates are stuffed with La Tourangelle Fleur de Sel Almond Butter and added to this sweet and salty dessert medley.
Ingredients
1 peach, cut into slices
3 strawberries, whole
1 apricot, cut in half
3 medjool dates, pitted
¼ cup melted dark chocolate
3 pieces of dark chocolate
2 tablespoons Fleur de Sel Almond Butter
Directions
Dip the fruit into the chocolate and place on a plate. Drizzle a touch of almond butter over each piece of the chocolate covered fruit.
Now stuff the dates with almond butter and add a piece of dark chocolate. Pop in the fridge for the chocolate to set. Enjoy!
