Grilled Vegetables with Citrus Walnut Sauce
Cut vegetables into wedges, brush with lemon juice, apply a generous coating of Avocado Oil Spray, and add seasoning. Grill until vegetables are tender.
- To prepare walnut sauce, whisk herbs, garlic powder and salt together. Gradually pour in walnut oil and lemon juice into the mixture.
- Season well and brush on grilled vegetables. Serve excess in a small bowl for drizzling.
This sauce can double as an overnight marinade for meats.
