Ingredients

3 very ripe bananas

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

Pinch of salt

1 1/3 cup granulated sugar

⅓ cup La Tourangelle Vegetable Oil

2 eggs (room temperature)

1 cup dark brown sugar

1/3 cup tahini
-
1/2 cup plain yogurt (room temperature)

1 tablespoon La Tourangelle Roasted Walnut Oil

La Tourangelle All Purpose Baking Spray

Walnuts (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Lightly coat a loaf pan with La Tourangelle All Purpose Baking Spray and line with parchment paper.
Mash bananas in a bowl (save one for decoration if desired) and add eggs, sugars, La Tourangelle Vegetable Oil, tahini, and yogurt.
Whisk all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl and sift these.
Incorporate dry ingredients into the bowl with wet ingredients. Mix just until combined and fold in walnuts (optional).
Pour batter into loaf.
Add a sliced banana to decorate and sprinkle some granulated sugar on top (optional).
Bake for approximately 50 minutes or until the center is done. Enjoy!
