In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, water, honey (or brown sugar), thinly sliced ripe bosc pears (2 cups), 2 tablespoons La Tourangelle Peanut Oil, 2 tablespoons La Tourangelle toasted sesame oil and freshly ground black pepper. Rinse beef in fresh cold water and add it to the bowl of marinade. Mix it well and marinate for 30 minutes to one hour at room temperature. Heat a pan over medium-high heat, add the beef and grill or broil for 7–10 minutes.
