- 1 box brownie mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup water
1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp La Tourangelle Roasted Peanut Oil
Preheat oven to 350°F . Coat bottom of 9x9 pan with 1 tablespoon Roasted Peanut Oil.
- Place brownie mix, eggs, oil and water in large bowl. Stir until well blended (about 50 strokes). Pour into greased pan and bake immediately.
- Bake in center oven at 350В°F for 28-31 minutes. Brownies are done when toothpick inserted 1 inch from edge of pan comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack before cutting and serving.
For a quick peanut frosting, mix 3 tablespoons of Roasted Peanut Oil into 1 cup of your favorite premade frosting and spread over cooled brownies.
