Ingredients
- 4 oz Pomegranate juice
- 4 oz Fresh Apple Cider (or premium apple juice like Martinelli's)
- 2 oz Raspberry Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Roasted Walnut Oil
- 1 tsp Honey
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp kosher salt
Directions
- Whisk together the pomegranate juice, apple cider, vinegar and oil. Then add the honey and seasonings and whisk until mixture is incorporated. Serve over mixed field greens with bleu cheese, dried cranberries and candied walnuts.
