I have a large outdoor kitchen and use cast iron + carbon steel pans along with the La Tourangelle Sunflower Oil which is now my new everyday use for high heat cooking--it simply does a great job of sautéing, searing, and overall cooking needs. Highly Recommended !

I have been using your sunflower oil for years now - I love its mild bouquet and its unctuosity. I use it for when I grill and for when I make homemade mayonnaise. It is just a very good product.
