Ingredients
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons minced shallots
- 2 tablespoons walnut oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, stirring with a whisk. Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
