Ingredients

1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes

Sea salt

Freshly ground black pepper

2 cups feta cheese, broken into large pieces

1/ 4 cup Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons chives, chopped

2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Freshly ground black pepper

Fresh bread, crackers, pita, or cut vegetables, for serving

Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet. Drizzle La Tourangelle Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, season with salt and pepper. Roast for 10 to 15 minutes.
In a food processor combine all ingredients for the whipped feta dip. Puree until smooth, transfer to a bowl.
Serve whipped feta with roasted tomatoes, fresh bread, crackers, pita, or vegetables.
Make ahead: Whipped feta and tomatoes can be prepared a couple days ahead. Refrigerate and bring it room temperature before serving.
