Great for Baking

I bake a walnut-cranberry sourdough recipe that calls for 26g of olive oil. I substitute La Tourangelle Roasted Walnut Oil, and it makes a big difference in aroma and flavor! I use it in any recipe that contains walnuts: muffins, pancakes, banana bread, etc. You won't be disappointed :)

This isn't an oil that I can find in my store. So, I order it online. It comes well packaged on quick delivery. I use this oil in particular salads.

Delicious and Versatile

My favorite uses for this fragrant walnut oil are in a bread recipe, to add rich flavor to a vegan apple crisp recipe (and to mask the coconut oil flavor used in lieu of butter), and with butter, honey, and ginger to cook pear slices in as a topping for a Dutch pancake or French toast.
